Crema Specialty Coffee is an organic coffee shop in Whitefish, MT. During my time managing the Meta Social Media pages for Crema, it was important to bring the culture of the shop to an online community as it serves locals yearly and regular tourists who adore it. The social media page acts as a way to keep local in the know and our traveling friends to stay connected.
The challenge posed here was budget and minimal branding established.
Understanding the Branding for Visuals

The shop is a roadside tiny house in a mountain community serving orange coffee. First thing people notice about the shop is it's minimal and quant set up, but it's warm, in color tones and window greetings.
There is always a bit of greenery about the shop between the two patios and hanging inside the drive up windows. The shop also serves to be convenient to people's adventures.
We're going for organic, warm feelings.
Stories and Highlights

The stories and highlights need to reflect the happenings of the shop, keeping them current and cleansing as needed.
Tip Tuesday was an existing highlight I rebranded. It can be tips from how to change up your order to how to utilizes the shop.
Baristas is a meet the team highlight as many locals get to know the shop's baristas and Crema tries to have personal connection to the customers.
For Merch, I took a interactive approach to avoid a strong solicitation appeal. By making it a quiz or poll, it makes the viewer consider the item longer.
Reels

With the Reels, it was crucial to keep it short and sweet, but still pack a bit of content into a single post.
How To's were sound and text based, but no voice overs. They were meant to be a few seconds of easy steps or a satisfying assembly, depending on what the viewer wanted.
Due to budget, there wasn't much time spent on Reels.

Eye Catching and Humorful

In Feed Posts

With the budget, post frequency wasn't high, so it was important to know the priorities between consistency and new. Consistency needed to nail Acts of service and Menu classics. New needed to nail what changed; Shop merchandise and season drinks.
The consistency set our tone while the news kept customers intrigued and expecting.
